Enjoying a glorious position on the edge of Loch Ericht with spectacular views up and down the loch, this substantial shooting lodge provides excellent accommodation in a remote setting. The drive in sets the scene for a memorable holiday with the tarmacadamed single track access winding through spectacular scenery, sometimes atop a hill, sometimes running along the riverside, passing herds of red deer and with the opportunity to spy an eagle. When you reach the final top, you will be enchanted with the view of your holiday accommodation.
The accommodation has been fully refurbished with quietly stated quality furnishings, and includes gas and electric heating, and wood burning stoves, now offering a standard not normally associated with shooting lodges.

Drawing room, dining room, breakfast room, TV snug, fully fitted kitchen, cloakroom, drying room, second sitting room with bed settee and bathroom.
First Floor:
Double bedroom with en-suite shower room accessed via a steep stairway above the kitchen, 2 further double bedrooms , 1 twin bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom, shower room and separate w.c.
Top Floor:
1 double bedroom and 3 twin bedrooms with coombed ceilings suitable for children only.
Activities:
You can fish from the bank of the loch or bring along your own boat if you wish. This is a holiday where the accent is on freedom and celebrating with friends enjoying the quiet pursuits of fishing and walking and jovial dinner parties in the evening. Wild Brown trout fishing available on Loch Ericht and Loch Rannoch. Own boats on the loch by arrangement. The gamekeepers house is nearby and domestic assistance may be available by arrangement.
