This superb modern and extremely luxurious holiday house has been built in the traditional highland style with a slate roof and white washed walls. The beautifully furnished interiors have been cleverly designed as two mirror image properties (MacLean & Campbell) each accommodating 6 guests in great comfort. There is a linking door between the two properties making it ideal for multiple families, groups of friends or fishing parties.

Surrounded by breathtaking scenery and with magnificent views of Ben Nevis, Inverskilavulin Estate offers guests the opportunity to experience this special and truly historic part of Scotland in great style and comfort. Although wonderfully secluded at the head of a tranquil glen, Inverskilavulin is only 15 minutes drive from the thriving town of Fort William.

Inverskilavulin is ideal for enjoying the great outdoors with glorious picnic spots and endless walks right from the doorstep. This naturally beautiful area has created the backdrop for many well-known films including Highlander, Braveheart and Rob Roy, it is also home to Harry Potter’s steam train which travels from Fort William to Mallaig over the Glenfinnan Viaduct.

Ground floor
Entrance porch (with connecting door), hallway, open plan sitting/dining room (table seats 6) with open fire, archway to kitchen, back door (with ramp entrance), marble tiled shower room with drench shower plus hand-held shower, wc & whb.

First floor
Two double bedrooms, twin bedroom and marble tiled family bathroom with bath, over bath shower, separate drench shower plus hand-held shower, wc, whb & heated towel rail.

Open garden with furniture and shared use of extensive surrounding grounds with seating & children’s play area (please note a small burns runs through the garden – young children must be supervised).

Lochaber is proud to be known as the Outdoor Capital of the UK and offers a huge range of activities including golf, sailing, fishing, mountain-biking & white-water rafting. A short drive away will take you to the renowned Nevis Range where you can experience a scenic Gondola ride, explore over 25 miles of forest track, be challenged by a championship mountain biking track and enjoy excellent winter skiing and snow boarding.

Egyptian cotton linen & towels provided. Under floor heating downstairs, central heating upstairs, open fire in both sitting rooms – electricity & starter pack of coal/logs included.

Both sitting rooms have plasma TV/Sky/DVD/radio & there is a TV in each bedroom. Each kitchen is fully equipped with electric double oven & hob, large fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. 2 Travel cots & 2 high chairs.

Local fishing, shooting & stalking may be available by separate arrangement (secure gun cupboard available).
