Oakbank Farm’s elevated position gives magnificent coastal sea views across Lamlash Bay and Holy Isle. Situated at the edge of the village it is a quiet location but with the convenience of being within a mile of Lamlash village amenities. Lamlash is 3 miles from Brodick and is the largest village on the Isle of Arran on the west coast of Scotland.

Cottage 2 is a semi-detached cottage converted from part of the original farmhouse and the byre, this property is all on one level (bar one internal step). From the entrance hall there is a bathroom with towel rail radiator, power shower over bath, hand basin and w/c. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, a radiator and a built in wardrobe. A step leads into the open plan living area. The living room has French doors leading to a decked area giving direct access to our playing filed. The TV is a flat screen with built in Freeview and there is DVD player. Central heating radiators and an electric stove ensure a warm stay.

The property has recently had a new kitchen fitted which has an electric oven and halogen hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster and crockery/utensils. There are ample modern storage units and worktops.

Off the lounge area is the double bedroom with built in wardrobe and a radiator. All rooms have views towards the hills over Lamlash village.

Children are especially welcome

• Children are free to play within Oakbank Farm's safe grounds.  A Cot and high chairs are available for use.
  
• There are woods in the grounds and just along the lane is the coastal path and the forestry path onto Dun Fion. Free range ducks and hens roam the grounds and guinea pigs live in a run beside the tennis courts.
  

A party of up to 13 (+4) can be accommodated in two further properties Cottage One (sleeps 5 (+2)) and Squirrels View Bungalow (sleeps 4 (+1)).

Bed linen, heat and power are included in the price and towels are available for hire.

Well behaved pets are accepted by arrangement in all properties except the Apartment (we charge £15 for 1 dog, £5 for additional dogs). Dogs must be kept on a leash while in the grounds of Oakbank Farm as we have free range livestock. We offer free range eggs for sale (when available) Facilities include a Large playing field, full size tennis courts with all equipment, a drying room and barbeque.
