Oakbank Farm’s elevated position gives magnificent coastal sea views across Lamlash Bay and Holy Isle. Situated at the edge of the village it is a quiet location but with the convenience of being within a mile of Lamlash village amenities. Lamlash is 3 miles from Brodick and is the largest village on the Isle of Arran on the west coast of Scotland.

Cottage 1 is a semi-detached cottage converted from the original farmhouse and dates back over 100 years. It has an entrance porch with access to the large newly installed fully equipped farmhouse kitchen. The whole cottage is heated by central heating via an oil fired boiler.

The kitchen has recently had a new french door fitted giving access to its own patio area with table & chairs, and to the wonderful views across Lamlash Bay and on towards the wooded hills above. A warm and cosy lounge with colour TV and DVD player is situated off the kitchen with both a radiator and an electric log effect stove. Stairs lead from the kitchen to the first floor landing with a radiator. Bedroom 1 is the family room with a double and single bed. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds. Both have built in wardrobes giving ample storage and radiators. There is a large bathroom with towel rail radiator, separate shower cubicle with power shower (via the boiler), bath, hand basin & w/c.

Children are especially welcome

• Children are free to play within Oakbank Farm's safe grounds.  A Cot and high chairs are available for use. 
• There are woods in the grounds and just along the lane is the coastal path and the forestry path onto Dun Fion. Free range ducks and hens roam the grounds and guinea pigs live in a run beside the tennis courts.

A party of up to 13 (+4) can be accommodated in two further properties Cottage Two (sleeps 4 (+1)) and Squirrels View Bungalow (sleeps 4 (+1))

The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster and crockery/utensils. Ample storage units and worktops

TV, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, cot & high chair, garden furniture, BBQ and MidgeEater600 Midge machine. Facilities include a large playing field, a children's play area and a full size all weather tennis court with all equipment.

Well behaved pets are accepted by arrangement Please keep any dogs on leads whilst within Oakbank grounds.
