The master bedroom contains a king sized bed and en-suite facilities including a double sized shower cubicle with power shower.  The family bathroom also has a power shower over the bath.   The house contains a further twin and double bedroom which are both very tastefully decorated.  

The sociable dining kitchen/lounge is fully equipped to a high standard and contains a dining table for up to eight people.  In the lounge area there is a leather L shaped sofa on which to relax, with DVD's, novels, Arran reference books, games and a large toy box nearby for guests young and old to enjoy. 

Outside there is a fully enclosed garden and grassy area with swings, chute, wooden playhouse and sandpit. There is also a large patio with BBQ and furniture for guests who wish to relax and take in the view from outdoors. Parking for 2 cars and a large secure outdoor shed to store bikes and equipment. Cot/highchair provided at no extra cost if required.
