The house retains all of its original features and provides spacious accommodation for up to eight guests, including 4 bedrooms, 2 public rooms with sea views, a Children’s Den with Satellite TV and PlayStation ; and a utility room for golf clubs, bikes etc. The renowned Shiskine Golf and Tennis Club is literally a one minute walk from the house. This fantastic 12 hole golf course is ranked within the top 100 golf courses in the UK.
The beautiful sandy beach of Blackwaterfoot is again a one minute walk, adjacent to the golf course. With large flat gardens to both front and rear and off-road parking, Bracklinn is ideal for golfers, families and children of all ages.

The house has all the home comforts, including CD and DVD player with a selection of children’s DVD’s and variety of board games and books for those quieter nights in! The kitchen has a full range of cooking utensils and a selection of cook books. Towards the rear of the property there is a separate cottage which has its own garden. This cottage is sometimes used by the owners of Bracklinn however they ensure your complete privacy.

Local facilities: Local amenities are a five minute walk and include a petrol station, general store, Post Office, newsagent, butcher, baker, hairdresser, bar and restaurants. The Kinloch Hotel has a restaurant, bar and leisure facilities including swimming pool which is open to the public.
