Sometimes you come upon a house that just blows you away and Alexander House has exactly that effect! It is quite simply a fantastic large holiday house where everything you could think of has already been put in place along with a view that will captivate you. Alexander House is a brand new building with two wings, designed solely for holidays and complete with a covered heated swimming pool, hot tub, games room and even swings! This is no ordinary house, it has been carefully and thoughtfully developed to minimise its impact on the environment with geothermal heating systems, its own spring water, recycled materials and high insulation clay construction.

All the bedrooms are en suite with their own flatscreen TVs and there is a wonderful open plan kitchen/breakfast/TV room (with 42” plasma)  that takes up the whole of the ground floor on the main wing and has 5 sets of French doors out to the deck. The view from high on the hill looks across to Auchterarder, Gleneagles and the Sidlaw hills. On the other side of this room are doors to the pool. Lawns and woodland surround the house and your nearest neighbours are the farm animals that graze the fields or the buzzards wheeling above you.

Out of season the house can be sold for smaller parties so please enquire.

Porch, dining hall, drawing room with huge open fire, kitchen/breakfast/TV room with doors to deck and doors to rear swimming pool covered with a telescopic cover and available all year round. Snooker/games room with open fire.

First Floor
7 en-suite bedrooms all with TVs with Freesat,  children’s bunk room (with 2 sets of bunks). Sofa beds available at an extra charge.

Covered and heated swimming pool, large deck area with BBQ, Hot Tub, 5 a side football pitch, croquet lawn, swings and slide, sunken trampoline, lawns and parking areas.

The area has a huge choice of activities should you be able to tear yourself away. There are many golf courses including Gleneagles which you can see from the house, fishing, quad biking, falconry, riding white water rafting or perhaps a more simple past time – walk the lovely Ochil hills and enjoy a meal in the local pubs.

Linen and towels provided. All heating (including pool and hot tub) and electricity included. Part-time onsite caretaker.
